We offer 1-2-1 wellbeing to ensure that all unpaid carers feel supported in their caring role.
The Carer Wellbeing Fund

Providing grants of up to £200 for unpaid adult carers in Gateshead, helping carers to maintain and improve their own health and wellbeing.

Our allotment in Bensham is a great place for the Gateshead community to meet, get some fresh air, and relax.
Caldew House Holiday Home

Somewhere to relax and unwind and have a break! This tranquil home provides a peaceful place for Carers to enjoy time away from their caring role, to look after their own wellbeing, and to feel refreshed.
Telephone Befriending for Carers

We offer carers a telephone befriending service to help them take a short break from their role and to enjoy some company.
Partnership Working

We believe that we can achieve more for carers by working with individuals, the private sector, other voluntary organisations and health and social care providers and we are always looking for new people and organisations to work with.
