Healthwatch Gateshead are conducting a survey for caregivers in conjunction with Gateshead Council. 

In the survey you will be asked to share;

• Your experiences as a caregiver
• The experiences of the person you care for
• Where you have accessed information and support

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete, and you can choose to enter a prize draw with the chance of winning one of three £50 cash prizes as a thank you.

How will Healthwatch Gateshead use the data from the survey?

For this survey, Healthwatch Gateshead will use your feedback on behalf of Gateshead Council to generate statistical information which they will use to assess the effectiveness of current service provision for caregivers and plan future services. The data will also be used to assess if Healthwatch Gateshead is reaching all parts of the community and to identify any gaps in services.
