MEMBERS DO MORE As a membership organisation, Gateshead Carers Association was founded by and for unpaid carers and provides free wellbeing services for all adult unpaid carers in Gateshead. MEMBERS CAN: Attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting. Stand for election to the Board of Trustees. Nominate someone for election to the Board. It is a requirement that Gateshead Carers Association must maintain a register of Members in accordance with the Companies Act 2006.
