Who we are
Administration
Officer
Provides administrative support to the staff and Board of Trustees. Maintains
the membership database and ensures the efficient running of the office.
Carer
Support Worker
Helps individual carers to access services and provides a listening ear. Establish
and develop carers groups and organise events.
Carer
Group Worker for Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Carers
Works with individual carers from BME communities to enable them to access appropriate
services and support. Establishes links and develops networks with local BME
communities and other organisations.
Chief
Officer
Manages the day - to - day running of the organisation, including staff supervision
+ Managing budgets. Works with other organisations to make sure that covers
receive the best possible services + support + that their views are represented.
Information
Officers
Run the Carers Information Service to answer any queries that carers, or those
working with carers, may have. Keep an up-to-date information resource of leaflets,
books and reference materials. Produce the newsletter, Carers Information Pack
and other publicity.
Board
of Trustees
The main role of the Trustee is to oversee the development of the organisation.
Volunteers
We have a number of volunteers whose help is invaluable to the organisation.
Volunteers help with various parts of our work, including administration, awareness
raising and helping out at events and social occasions.
