We Rely on Your Help
Gateshead Carers Association is a charity that exists entirely due to contracts, funding applications and kind donations from our supporters. We know that many people contribute to their favourite charities, so if you have been helped by the work of Gateshead Carers and would like to support us financially you can do so in the following ways.
For £5 a month we can run activity sessions for 12 carers a year. If 50 people gave £10 a month we can employ a support worker to help over 250 carers a year.
With your help we can be there for carers when they need someone to rely on. By giving a regular donation, setting up a trust fund, signing up for an event or organising your own, you’ll be making a real difference to the lives of unpaid carers in Gateshead.
How You Can Help
There are lots of ways you can help raise money for Gateshead Carers. Hold a sponsored event, coffee morning, dress down day or collection. Volunteer to run the Great North Run, Blaydon Race or another local event in aid of Gateshead Carers, or simply donate online – you can help the work of Gateshead Carers right now by clicking the MyDonate link below.
Make a Regular Donation
If you would like to make regular donations to Gateshead Carers you can set up a Direct Debit so that a fixed amount is donated to us each month. Download the Direct Debit mandate form here then simply print and complete. Return the completed Direct Debit mandate form to us at: Finance Officer, John Haswell House, 8-9 Gladstone Terrace, Gateshead, NE8 4DY.
A Helping Hand for the Future
Some carers chose to help Gateshead Carers by setting up a trust fund or leaving a gift in their will to Gateshead Carers. If you would like to find out more information contact Helen Hughes on 01914900121.
